Process Engineer
Lean Manufacturing Tools
We are looking for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for continuously improving production processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing production losses.
Responsibilities
- Driving continuous improvement of production processes
- Implementing process optimizations together with the production team
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques and process optimization tools
- Independently managing projects focused on improving production efficiency and reducing losses
- Cooperating with external suppliers to develop and implement new technical solutions
- Monitoring and controlling process parameters
- Managing and maintaining process documentation
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and practical experience in implementing them
- Very good command of English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
