LeanIX Integration Specialist

You will own the data flows that keep our SAP LeanIX workspace accurate and current. You'll build, run and improve integrations between LeanIX and the systems that feed it (ServiceNow, SAP Signavio and Adonis and others). You'll work closely with the enterprise architecture team and with the owners of each source system. 

• Configure and maintain the LeanIX ServiceNow integration: fact sheet and relation mappings, sync modes, filters and the ServiceNow-side plugin. 
• Design and deliver new integrations using the Integration API (LDIF), GraphQL API, webhooks and automations. 
• Monitor sync runs, diagnose failures and data conflicts, and keep source-of-truth rules documented. 
• Support the metamodel and external ID configuration the integrations depend on. 
• Manage technical users, API tokens and credential rotation in line with security policy. 
• Document mappings and design decisions, and support testing and releases. 

• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems via REST/GraphQL APIs, ideally with ServiceNow (CMDB, CSDM) and LeanIX or a comparable EAM tool. 
• Solid scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) and comfort with JSON, webhooks and OAuth token flows. 
• Understanding of enterprise architecture data: applications, IT components, business capabilities, lifecycle. 
• Clear written communication; able to explain data flows to both architects and business owners.
